“The concert was fantastic!  Everyone really enjoyed it and the audience size was amazing.  Thank you so much for all the work you did to make the concert a success.  We really appreciate it and I know that the visiting choir loved the experience.  It’s just what many of our groups look for, the chance to perform and socialise with a local group and share music.  So thank you again.”

“All three of our children are having lessons with Barisons. Our eldest started with them some time ago and is currently studying for his grade 8. The two younger children moved to Barisons more recently after we became unsatisfied with their existing teachers. Since we moved house we find ourselves having to travel 60 miles a week for the lessons but it is worthwhile. Although Barisons teach with a view to getting the children through their grades, this is not the prime objective, which is for the children to have fun and learn to love music in all its forms. The greatest accolade for any Barsions pupil is to be invited to join one of school’s bands; the children get the chance to play lots of different and challenging music, to experience the discipline of being part of a team and to play in different locations and audiences.”

Dear Brian and Nicky,

We wanted to say thank you for the teaching, the guidance and support you have given to both Andrew and David over their growing up years. We all have fond memories of practice, concerts, holidays and shaping real musical interests, which will last as whole lifetime interests.

Thank you with our best wishes from

Fay, Roger, David and Andrew
